I've been really, really tall and lanky and skinny all my life, and frankly I've been getting sick of it. I've been going to the gym and working out on and off for periods of about 2-3 months over the past 4 years, with absolutely no improvement.

Finally, I decided that enough was enough, and that I was going to make a serious, concerted effort to break out of Skinny Prison.
