I just saw this and got of the chair... and i did 4x8 = 32 pull ups and 4x8 = 32 sit ups! :D
so that is 64 + 12130 = 12194 right?

I was feeling sluggish today (my day off after 6 days of work), managed to do 100, and am now in the process of creating a sweet new playlist to get me in the mood.

Cant waits!
