why isn't there an option "less often than I know that I should?"
I'd put that one down too... but honestly, it depends. Since it's the holidays still (for just a couple more days), I haven't been exercising much, but when everything starts back up again... I dunno. I've resolved to start going to the gym more, but we'll see what happens.

Falcarius does not go out of his way to exercise, but he might take up jogging in the Spring

He apparently cycles about 6.2 miles most days according to Google Maps. Once a week, he goes into town and which is a 10 mile round trip. He also spends hours pottering around a nature reserve several times a week. Like he did today with his scythe, because the bramble is too close to the Silver Birch and Ash trees to use the Honda Brushcutter.

5-6 days a week, about an hour. 1/2 hour on a day i'm not into it.

Back to the gym for me tomorrow. Ugh, the first day back is always the hardest. It's been a couple weeks since I have gone.

6 times a week, usually. Never less than 5, unless I have some sort of important circumstances that get in the way. 3 of the sessions should last at least an hour, while the remaining sessions last 30 minutes.

I used to exercise around 12-14 times a week, an hour a day, but sadly I can't do that anymore, nor was that particularly good for me.

5-6x a week unless I aggravated my hip or a migraine is not responding medicine. Do 2-hour workouts (1 hr bike cardio, 45 min-1hr resistance exercises) 2-3x a week & shorter workouts (30min bike cardio, 15 min resistance exercises) 2-3x a week. I only started doing this consistently in 2017, following extensive physical therapy. I don’t feel right if I miss a day. It definitely impacts my energy levels, joint pain tolerance, sleep, etc, when I’m not consistent.

I going on a lot of walks for emotional and sensory indulgence and take dance classes for artistic expression. The exercise happens as a byproduct as I'm not disciplined to be a worker-outer.

I dance for an hour most days unless something else gets in the way. Even having been doing this for over a year (previously I exercised 40 minutes most days), I'm not losing weight. But I'm gaining muscle in my abdomen (when I tighten certain muscles, I can see their outline even under my layer of padding that's over them) and in my butt. And my butt is bigger and my pants are tighter. And I feel really annoyed about that. But(t) not enough to do something else.
