Any Kettlebell Fans in Here?

I just started using Kettlebells instead of weights and/or weight machines; in the past few weeks.

So far very pleased with the feeling of achieving better results with considerably less time and effort applied.

I say less effort, however ironically those short burst of exercise are pretty frickin' intense.

For people interested in getting a more athletic/shredded look vs. unsightly bulk...I highly recommend them.

I like the balance aspect, like doing a push with one leg off the ground, or a single legged deadlift. Talk about employing stabalizer muscles...Je'bus! :)

I looked them up on the internet and they don't seem too expensive. Any recommended brands sLiPpY?
