Relieving stress, well yes!

1. Sex!
2. Physical activity.
3. Jumping up and down while shaking, and clinching fist... shouting, "omfg! I am soooo pissed off!"

Sleeping is good too.

A punching bag. If no bag is available and stress needs to be relived urgently you must locate the nearest equivalent (usually some dude next you or their pet).
