This Carolina Reaper seasoning is awesome, I'll put it on almost anything.

One of my favorite chocolate bars of all time. I've had some chili chocolate that was pretty gross(chalky and bitter), but this one was really nice.

Indian dishes
Szechuan and Hunan
Spicy pickles and veg combos
Thai Bird chilis - I grow them and they are hot enough for most cooking.

I also like condiments like salsa I make myself or hot honey and things like that. Not so hot that I can't taste anything else.

These are damn good for how hot they are. Doesn't burn out the taste of everything else.

Char Siu is also amazing.
Hurts to eat, but it hurts so good. Cleans your sinuses well.

I've eaten some ghost pepper pork scratchings, they were more of a challenge than tastey if that makes sense, it didnt put me off the idea permanently though.

I also am really intrigued by this idea of adding franks red hot sauce to ice creams, so far I've heard of it being used with vanilla and honeycomb ice cream.

I consume appalling amounts of pickled pepperoncinis, including drinking the liquid, and also Frank's Red Hot sauce. I eat a fair amount of curry or Indian inspired dishes in general. I haven't gone out in ages because single and COVID, but I thoroughly enjoy wings and bloody marys.

I like heat but I'm not a "sign a waiver" type of spice freak.

I have never paired wings and bloody marys, I may try that in future, I have paired a hot wings starter with battered cod and chips main a few times.

I did drink some very fine margarita coctails, with the salt around the rim, in a restaurant once in which I had some mexican food. That was a good pairing.

What are these Pepperconis? Am I spelling that right? I am intrigued, you must like them a lot to drink the liquid.

I'm not sure that its an actual flavour you can buy so much as a recipe, I am going to follow that girl on facebook and see if I can get more information.
