Three times a week gym...Monday and Friday Bench press & Deadlifts and Wednesday Squats & Military Press (aka front barbell shoulder press). 5 working sets, 3 full reps. Like before but with a mask requirement.

Doing some light exercises using resistance bands plus Yoga classes online is my ultimate exercise regime during this pandemic. Works best for women. :)
