Casual and Formal

In all cultures there are two ways of speaking: casual and formal.

The formal way of speaking is the educated way, the literate way, while the casual way is the spoken way, or the barely literate way.

And although the American President has gone to the best schools, he speaks only in the casual way,, the illiterate way. as do many members of Typology Central.

The casual way of speaking is cool and lends itself to personal attacks, as we see with the President and American members of Typology Central.

I shall accord myself the right to adhere to that for I think you're beyond salvation.

“ American members” To assume that you can tell the people of any one “ Western” first-world capitilaist country ( or any, in todays globalized, inter-connected, digital world) is the hiegth if ignorence.

Seriously Mole, I’m sad for you. Do you realky have nothing else to do other than bother random strangers on a platform you detest so much? Go live the rest of your life man.

I speak casually because it makes me easier to be approached, and is more friendly. But I am also a bit blunt, but that puts me in a position as to never startle anyone and ruin a friendship when I state an opinion. It also doesn't mean I cannot be formal, I choose not to. Or choose to, when I need to be. Its more flexible, and leaves a better impression.

Language is a tool, that can be used in many ways up to each individual that gives them self expression.
