"Are you a catalyst of change and as a catalyst how do affect change in another person?"

"It is the reformer who is anxious for the reform, and not society, from which he should expect nothing better than opposition, abhorrence and mortal persecution." Gandhi

I try to be. I try to be there for people and things I care about when they need me. Good and bad.

If I see something I think should be changed and I am in a position to change it, I do. That's the closest I come.

"I view all as sort of seed growers. We can show if the life that we possess has a bright light. Others may then be inspired by your actions. We must discover who we our true self is and what we stand for. Let that be your moral compass in times of strife. We can influence each other for good or ill. Hence, "Beware the company you keep." You can not help but be influenced by your peers. Ask yourself what kind of people do you want to surround yourself with? I look for mutual understanding, respect, and a person with an open-mind.

I try to behave as some bridge builder. I don't argue, rather i reflect another individual view point and try finding some decent common ground. Obviously it isn't easy especially with someone who is irrational in which case I walk away. I have learned not all "speak" our language." They have ears but do not hear. They have eyes but do not see. I strive to communicate with people of all differences. To say it is difficult, is to say the least. It can be frustration. How can they not see the truth before their eyes? One must have patience.

Wisdom can not be taught. It must be reached from within. I endeavor to share feelings, thoughts and beliefs, then examine them. Hopefully I walk my talk and am a good example. Hopefully too I am reasonable and can learn from as well teach others through mutual dialogue."
