I dance for four hours every second day, and I notice my ego is turned off after.thr first ten minutes, to be replaced with by ecstasy.

And ecstasy comes from the Ancient Greek, 'extasis' meaning 'stepping outside the taken for granted'.

Yes, after.four hours of dancing, I need to recover, but after one or two days my body wants to dance again.

Quite quickly into the dance I enter a trance where my critical mind goes to sleep and time disappears, until the end when my critical mind wakes up to guide me me through the world.

And yes I love the intellectual side of trance and meditation which I discovered in From Magic to Technology by Dennis Wier.

And I attended a class by a Sports' Psychologist in trance and self hypnosis where I learnt to enter and leave trance safely.
