You become what you do. If you do programming, you become INTP or INTJ. If you lead, you become ENTJ. Your MBTI test shows what you have done lately, or if you haven't done anything, it shows what you wish to do.

So, within this mindset, the MBTI captures what you've been thinking of lately and what you've done.

I could see how you can come to this conclusion if you base type people off of stereotypes, or if you're teaching a child to have a certain mindset that is dominant to a particular field.
