Most of us don't feel good, so we come here to feel good.

However some of us feel good from the beginning and so we can engage in critical thinking which is emotionally painful because we can return to feeling good. We can alternate between feeling good and the emotional pain of cognitive dissonance.

So critical thinking and cognitive dissonance are not suitable for those who don't feel good.

So it is best to learn to feel good before embarking on critical thinking.
