A recruiting company which looks for the soul potential and tries to reproduce success-stories?

'In average all people, who do not have trouble with social adjusting and social position, are explained by lust, than those who are below the adaption, who because of social insufficiency, have a crave for recognition and power.
The older brother who follows in the steps of his father and comes to social power, will be plagued by his animal desires. The younger brother but who feels disadvantaged and suppressed by the father and brother, will be driven by ambition and crave for recognition, and he will subordinate everything else to this passion.'

Many successful people were put down by circumstances in their life. By this experience they develop their 'hunger' to succeed and gain balance again.

It kind of follows the sense of nature which is well described in the Tao Te Ching:
'If you want to shrink something,
you must first allow it to expand.
If you want to get rid of something,
you must first allow it to flourish.
If you want to take something,
you must first allow it to be given.
This is called the subtle perception
of the way things are.'

I always liked to analyze success-stories or biographies. There was usually always a time where people suffered by the distress of the situation. And they were driven to do something about it. The cases where it worked out showed remarkable cooperation. Like Jobs and Wozniak; one does the tech and the other pushes the vision through. Or Bill and Allen; who already sat together in school. Separated they wouldn't have had the chance to succeed to this amount as they did.

I started to talk at random to very interesting people. Usually they are very unhappy but have unique talents or deep knowledge in a topic. I feel there is a lot of potential wasted. They all 'wait' for things getting better. For getting into a lucky place and time where things magically work out. When Bill would have had stay disconnected by opportunities and cooperation he might have stayed some average bully victim.

Humans always observed nature to analyze it and copy it. From birds we learned to make aeroplanes. If someone would not have done this we might have still just waited and wasted the opportunity to fly. Nature shows how it works but she doesn't do the work for us.

Would it not be interesting to recruit a bunch of people with a high craving for recognition. With souls which life-happiness depends on success. And put them all with some guidance into one room. Or at least connect them?

What do you think?

I think unless they had their own organic reasons for coming together it will not produce anything of note.
