Many of those we recruit are vulnerable and unhappy school children.

Each one of our school children has legal guardian(s) usually their parents, but there is not even one legal guardian present for our vulnerable and unhappy school children.

Without a legal guardian present our underage school children have no one to take responsibility for them.

Sounds like Australia has a problem.

Well Tsundoku Tsycho, we recruit for a way of thinking.

Rather than learning how to think, we teach one way of thinking.

We teach the way of thinking of Carl Jung, a florid psychotic, who sexually abused his female patients, who failed his psychoanalysis with Dr Sigmund Freud, who had a father fixation on the Fuhrer, and who took his orders from Reich Marshall Hermann Goering.

We lure vulnerable and unhappy schoolchildren with the false promise of a free personality test.

We teach fantasy rather than reality to vulnerable and unhappy schoolchildren who are encouraged not to distinguish betweeen fantasy and reality.

We take vulnerable and unhappy school children and make them more vulnerable to those who prey on them.

And we do this in the absence of their legal guardians.

They need to learn to take responsibility for themselves. Modern society tries to preserve childhood artificially, with the only possible beneficiary being the ego or nostalgia of parents.

Regardlesss of New Age ideology, under the law children have legal guardians, usually, but not always, their parents.

Those who wish to remove the protection of a legal guardian from children usually wish to prey on the child physically or psychologically.

Everyday here we learn what happens to unprotected children in our National Royal Commission into child abuse.

Some of the abusers ARE the supposed guardians or parents.

Don't forget - there is legality, and then there is reality. The second is far more reliable, if less popular in many settings.

Fortunately I live under the rule of law, in particular, the law of Parliament. And our Parliament, following the Oireachtas, the National Parliament of the Republic of Ireland, instituted our National Royal Commission into child abuse in 2013, and is running today.

Unfortunately your country does not rely on the law of your House of Representatives to protect children, but instead relies on private litigation. This has the effect of hiding institutional child abuse.

So I quite understand why you disparage legality. But the effect of your disparagement is that it leaves your children unprotected.

And this is precisely what your abusing institutions want.

First, you are misinformed about the nature of law in the U.S. Second, the law often cuts both ways. Criminals of all sorts exploit loopholes and get away, while responsible, peaceable citizens run around in circles trying to satisfy legal demands that do nothing to make anyone safer or the world more fair. The obvious conclusion is that the laws are inadequate and need to be changed. Here is where the legislature comes into play. Unfortunately laws passed often lack any semblance of reason, and their requirements can in no way be shown to achieve the desired result. Perhaps you have better luck with this in Australia, which is why you place such high confidence in legality.

Your country is famous for being a litigious society. You began with a violent revolution against lawful authority, you arm yourselves against your democratic government. Your Central Bank, the Fed, corruptly prints money, calling it by the weasel word, Quantitative Easing (QE), which has the effect increasing the value of assets and shares and decreasing the income of the Middle Class, leading to your country being the most unequal country in the developed world.

Fortunately the values of the West are freedom and equality, with equality being observed in the breach in your country.

And it is obvious an unequal country relying on private litigation does not protect its children from institutional child abuse.

So it is only natural that this institution recruits school children unprotected by their legal guardians.

I would say unconstrained by legal guardians. Your first paragraph makes reasonable sense, but the case goes downhill from there. Young people (and their elders) too often cannot rely on the law to protect them. This is often the case in the US, and I suspect even moreso in some other parts of the world. The worst thing legal guardians can do for a child is delay their learning to stand on their own two feet.

We are born without self control even of our splincter.

Our very sense of self depends on a parent mirroring us, mirroring us back to ourselves so we can know ourselves.

Our very brain is not fully grown until we are about 22 years.

So very slowy over period of 22 years we learn to control ourselves.

The Common Law make provision for this in recognising the responsibilities of legal guardians, usually parents.

And a prime responsibility of legal guardians is to protect the child until they can protect themselves round about the age of 22.

Naturally institutions which wish to take control of the psyches of children look for children with absent legal guardians such as we find on Typology Central.

How do you know that "children" who might be posting here have absent legal guardians? Perhaps the guardians are also members, and have invited the children to explore the forum, as a way to learn about the outside world from the comfort and safety of home.

There is a difference between trying to take control of someone's psyche, and encouraging that person to learn to keep anyone (even a parent) from doing so.

the more small children we leave without legal guardians, the happier Pedobear will be, so, do everyone's favorite bear a favor and ditch those little kids!
