I make plans but then if i have to do more than one big thing in a day, I get overwhelmed and can't figure out how to schedule it so it makes sense. This is a hinderance really, so any tips for a disorganized INFP. Also the other issue is after I do one big thing I'm tired and just want to nap. I'm probably just lazy, but I don't know how to find balance. I hyperfocus on one aspect of my life and everything else goes away.
