How does it affect you? How would you describe it?

Here's my attempt.
Work:
-demands concentration
-takes effort
-excites me to the point of exhaustion, or..
-tires to the point of exhaustion

rest:
-demands so little concentration that concentration is not a main part of it
-goes naturally
-excites me in the way i want
-tires me in the way i want

What's your analysis?

What I meant was asking you to give a simple psychological model of this cycle.. not unlike filling in the details to this diagram or something
