Too much yellow can make you kinda neurotic. Too much red makes you angry, etc. But they also have positive effects when taken in moderation. Turquoise calms you down and helps you focus, magenta makes you compassionate, orange makes you upbeat and outgoing, etc.

So, what is your favorite color? How does it make you feel?

I like different colors for different things also, and don't have a favorite. In this case, the website suggests we consider the colors we wear, and use for home decor. The predominant color in my wardrobe is black:
