Excitement and Fear

I have a high response to stimulae and learnt at an early age to fear my high response. So I experience excitement and fear at the same time.

I have found some ways to resolve this. And so I experience the excitement and dissolve the fear in sexuality, in writing and in imagination.

But in other areas I still experience excitement and fear at the same time.

I think I should extend my experience of excitement without fear, but this is easier said than done.
