The movie, "Moneyball", with Brad Pitt, illustrates the contest between data and intuition. And as we see, data wins and changes baseball forever.

We are in exactly the same postion as Brad Pitt in, "Moneyball", as mbti is based on intuition and not on data.

But our situation is worse, for in the last few years the world has created more data than in its entire history. And yet we are still in the horse and buggy days of intuition. We have no idea how to use this growing mountain range of data.

We do though have some fledgeling help in www.wolframalpha.com a site devoted to computational data.
