Personally for me aggression is a fun emotion to express, as well as rage.
More so if it's been built up and released. If somethings troubling me and I deal with it then go to the gym and work out and take it out on a punching bag, it's much more enjoyable than going to the gym while having a normal average day and doing the same thing.

Or if I'm playing a game with a friend while somethings bothering me and I play to the best of my ability win [actually friends aren't needed for this one] by a landslide [or a single player game where I'm just doing exceptionally well], it's more enjoyable than if I wasn't annoyed with something.

As fun as this is, it's like a rare treat in my emotional spectrum since I can't go around screaming and flipping out just to get an emotional high.

So, what about you guys

Anger, probably, and for all of the reasons you stated. It's nice to act out aggression sometimes.

I express my anger in an explosive manner. Let it boil for a bit, and then let it all out in one go.

Well, I generally mirror happiness and all other positive emotions. I don't express negative ones, except anger -- usually when the person in question is so freaking annoying it gets on my nerves whenever I see him/her. Other than that I'd classify it as "minor annoyance".

Love, and affection. I feel like it lowers my walls, builds on whatever relationship I'm working, and fills me with lots of warm fuzzies :wubbie:

My least favorite states of mind are irritation, stress, and confusion [I fucking hate being confused to a point that extreme confusion usually results in massive quantities of RAGE!].

Last time I was confused about something [I can't remember when it was come to think of it] enough to get pissed I screamed RAGE! and slammed my fist on a table and then felt better.

Joy, intense joy. There are only so many things that let me experience joy so intensely:

1. Hanging out with my very best friends. Seriously, the fun we have... it's magic.

2. Listening to certain music. Not all music can make me feel that sense of elation. Power metal and jazz hip hop are my poisons of choice atm.

3. Coming up with really cool concepts. Learning about new concepts could be fun too, really fun, but I'll be lying if I said that it's just as fun as coming up with stuff myself.

Ps. Once in a while, especially if I've been putting up a tough guy front for too long, it's really good to watch a sad movie/anime and just cry my eyes out. It's liberating. It has to be in a controlled context though, I wouldn't enjoy crying from sad things actually happening in my life.

Satisfying: Amusement/Joy/Contentment.

Least Satisfying: Irritation/Anger/Disappointment/the "bad" kind of stress.

Stress in that you really want to get something in some particular way isn't too bad. Then again, that type of stress is somewhere more along the lines of interest in your endeavors.

Amusement/Joy/Contentment are those states that I like the best. It is generally the more calmer side of the emotions I suppose. I just don't do to well when it comes to Irritation and Anger. If anything, I'm bad at releasing Irritation and Anger in a satisfactory manner.

Love. I enjoy describing down to detail about how much more vibrant and colourful life is when I'm in love. Because it makes me realise I can think beyond myself, that selfishness is counterproductive and by seeing hope in one person, I can see compassion and hope in a much broader perspective. It always teaches me a valuable lesson, love or lost.

excitement... I'll admit that I could get excited about the drop of a hat most likely, but it's a fun emotion and it's contagious... once one person gets excited about something almost everyone with a pulse in the area starts feeling just a bit happier :cheese:

I even have the unfortunate tendency to get excited FOR other people frequently

least favorite is uncertainty about something I've done... that feeling of "did I really screw this up?" is quite unsettling :thelook:

Most satisfying = wonder. It combines a sense of peace, fascination, and insight. For me it is the truest form of happiness. It is the feeling of most fully comprehending what is beyond me.

Least satisfying = anger
. It seems like the least rational state of mind and it is connected to a feeling of not being in control especially in the realm of reason. Even if it begins as a reasonable response, it warps away most quickly. I can't stand that feeling. Griefs and sorrow can warp away from reason, but aspects can be legitimized rationally and brought back around more readily than aggression. I am absolutely repulsed by aggression.

I like a mixture of diligence and zest.

Much better than sexual attraction, followed by shame and crying.

I don't think it's anger that's satisfying but the feeling of emotions after releasing that pent up energy. There are many forms of pent up energy that need to be released and after a good training session of jiu-jitsu or workout session I feel my sense of calm, happiness and confidence is restored.

Same for me: wonder, awe, amazement. I enjoy seeing something new, having my horizons broadened in unexpected ways. This combines learning, appreciation, and a new perspective relative to the every-day and familiar.

My least satisfying is frustration, confusion, uncertainty. I dislike anger, too, but have better luck controlling and dissipating it so it is less of an issue.

The Power of Now

In a group we find we specialise in a particular emotion. It's as though we individually express the emotion of the group.

Some are better at one emotion, and others are better at another, but together we are better rounded and stronger than any individual. It's as though the group is a super individual.

For 200,000 years we have lived in such emotional tribes and it is only recently we have discovered the literate individual who is dissociated and able to stand outside their own emotions.

In groups the group emotion overcomes us such as in a lynch mob, or in a congregation, or among the fans in a sports' stadium or a rock concert.

And as we move away from literate individualism to electronic tribalism in the global village, we will lose our individuality in the immediate emotion of the etribe.

We call it the power of now.

"The Power of Now", by Eckhart Tolle is a best seller available now in all good bookstores.

Proud-ness. Not sure if this is an emotion or not. But if someone I know does something correctly and proves they are a trust-worthy individual then I can rarely feel better about life. Knowing not everyone out there is....an unreliable idiot always makes me feel be better.

Least would be irritation - Like a puzzle. Its not challenging. Its right at the tip of my tongue. I just can't think of it. My mind like blocking off something and me challenging it is like the worse thing ever.

Anything I feel like expressing is satisfying to me. I feel bad when not expressing...

Well, I can say what I express more frequently... Wonder, awe and sadness, I guess. Anger while driving in a bad day. xD

Explosive anger. There are few things as satisfying as cutting some inanimate object to shreds, or breaking something. :D
