There's one part of psychology that you can say is scientific, that's neuropsychology. It uses neuroscience procedures to study the mind. It's a cognitive science.

Everything else, while it's not science, I still think is valuable information. We have to remember these are relatively new studies in their development, compared to biology, chemistry, alchemy, etc.
