that pdf has answer to your question. but in short(havent read the pdf, but have looked at this thing before), there is quite alot correlation on some big 5 factors and mbti types, but the whole way of measure is different. mbti is typology, while big 5 uses scales.

I don't really know anyone personally to give the test, so while results derived from a system as carefully thought out as this are more likely to explain more about the individual than mbti or socionics, daily use, and thus, comprehensive understanding has been out of the question so far.
