Haha, i'm thinking not everyone will appreciate this but....
Every morning i wake up and go into my kids room and wake them up by smiling and saying in a jolly voice
"Good morning my beautiful children, it's time to wake up"
It starts the day well, on a positive, and it does actually have a genuinely good effect on the household mood.

That's totally

Sure does set the tone for the day!

Enthusiasm! :yay:

What naturally causes you to get enthusiastic?

Do you believe you get better results when you're enthusiastic?

How do you bring it into your life/job/home/etc if it isn't there?

Whenever I have an idea for a unique project and a clear idea of how to make it happen then I get really enthusiastic. :)

What naturally causes you to get enthusiastic?

New ideas and experiences. I'm a pretty curious person, and need a sense of newness, whether it be new ideas to occupy my mind or new experiences (people, events, places/locations) to stimulate and inspire me.

Examples that come immediately to mind? Traveling, hiking, and spending time/interacting with interesting people. I can get very excited/happy, and will let that excitement be known.

Do you believe you get better results when you're enthusiastic?

I don't know that I get better results (I can get good results when I'm unenthusiastic, too, if it's something that needs to be done - i.e. work/job), but enthusiasm means I'm more proactive in doing it and there's a consequent positive energy associated with it - which isn't a bad thing. Makes it much more enjoyable!

How do you bring it into your life/job/home/etc if it isn't there?

Be attuned to what energizes/excites you, and try to incorporate more of those elements into your life, and get rid of elements that aren't your cup of tea. But I doubt you could fake/force enthusiasm for something you're not naturally/spontaneously enthused about, you know?
