    Default How you handle STRESS!!!

Ok so even if most N's are basically chilled out and laid back, we are GOING to get stressed out.

What do you do to relieve the stress?

I take a long walk on the beach by my house. No cell phone, no ipod...nothing. I only stop walking when I forget why I'm there for a few
seconds....then I know it's going to be ok and I can head back. Once I walked 10 miles one way... I walked thru 4 towns worth of beachfront before I could honestly say I was unwinding a bit.

Eh, definitely don't think that statement is true.

I'll go for a drive, drink or masturbate. . . sometimes all at the same time.

Shut the door to my room, dig out the books, do some exercise, and play a game that involves killing something.

I drive down into the city and kill a wino, then hide the body carefully under the floorboards in one of the many condemned houses in that area.

Then I go to church and confess and feel much better.

That's only on the days I don't want to have to clean out from under my fingernails.

    Depends how you define stress...

I'm generally not anxious about things. If I'm annoyed about something or someone I will try to take action and fix the situation. If I'm really stressed I prefer being completely alone... I can read a book or play a musical instrument and it relaxes me a great deal.

You never take out any mimes. they scare me. the fewer of them around the better.
