I do not like cognitive therapy. I do not like it at all.

I'm not going back. I'd rather stab myself with a kitchen knife.
i use to suffer from panic attacks when i was younger. i finally got so fed up, that i would force myself to go out alone in public, even once having lunch alone in a crowded restaurant which was terrifying.

i also hate seeing therapists and i've yet to meet one who isn't full of shit. that being said, if you can find someone who knows what they're doing, they can probably help you. i now take 10 mgs of lexapro daily and feel much calmer. too bad i didn't have access to medication growing up. i would have likely enjoyed my childhood and early adult life so much more.

I think I needed to write it out. If that's stupid or not. Thank you for prodding me along.

Writing things out does help a lot. And in this case, since you don't trust anyone, it is nice that you can kind of vent in a place where you are anonymous and still get feedback. Like your diary talking back at you. Haha.

It's so nice to have diaries that talk back. Probably why blogs are so popular.

I just pray to God that I don't have to take a biology class in college. Maybe I can get a pass...
