You have to go by functions rather than profiles or tests. Which is you dominant function? It will be same across both Socionics and MBTI,meaning if you are Ti dominant then you will be Ti dominant type under both typologies.

Nope. If you're Ti dominant in MBTI, you're Ti dominant in MBTI.

Nope. If you're Ti dominant in MBTI, you're Ti dominant in MBTI.

I'm a Ti in both systems. INTP in MBTI and LII (INTj) in socionics. I know several INTPs who Ni dominant in socionics and MBTI INTJs who are Ti dominant in socionics. Sometimes the dominant in MBTI and socionics are quite different. They are not the same system although they share some things in common. Both use functions but don't define them quite the same way.
