*sigh* It’s hard to do this in a depressed mood, but I’m gonna try anyway for the sake of my emotional self-healing... these are of course in no particular order, I’m just typing them out as they come to mind.

1. Playing with babies (both human and fur babies)

4. Reiki healing and other forms of meditation
5. Walking in nature
