Go into any library today and the catalogue front and centre has been removed and replaced by random access memory. Authoritarianism is antithetical to creativity as a organic process, for which it seeks to control, it paralyzes the natural state of flow. Dictatorships stunt any sort of self-expression and hinders growth, progress, and knowledge rendering itself completely useless, out of control, out of homeostasis, and into endless toxic oblivion.

There are some domains/spheres that can tolerate chaos more than others, and there are some that cannot.

As I see it, the main dichotomy should be between Novelty vs Order, with Creativity in the middle. Meantime, Chaos and Authoritarianism should be at the extremes. In other words:

--On the left side you have Novelty. Novelty in moderation is good. But if you take it to extremes, then Novelty degrades into Chaos/Anarchy

--On the right side you have Order. Order in moderation is good. But if you take it to extremes, then Order degrades into Tyranny/Authoritarianism.

--Meantime, Creativity is in the center: It is a balance between Novelty and Order. Creativity needs Novelty in order to be innovative and break new ground. But it also needs Order, discipline, and structure in the sense of fitting into an established genre and being a polished artwork.

Put it all together, and you get a spectrum like this:
