I am disintegrating positively. Everything around me is falling to pieces and I am reaching out for I know not what, except I know it is there.

I feel content to allow myself to disintegrate, which is odd as I put so much store on integration and integrity.

No one can help me. I, I myself, watch my disintegration.

Positive disintegration is different than psychosis, it is different from neurosis, it requires a letting go while remaining in touch with reality, and in control of our impulses. It is the disintegration of patterns and the emerging of new patterns at a higher level of integration.
