A much healthier way is to look up a calorie calculator online input your height, weight, gender, age, and activity level and they will tell you how many calories per day you need to consume to maintain your current weight. Try to incorporate many low gi foods for nutrition and take a multivitamin as well. Also, rather than doing this for the next two months and then stopping, it would be healthier to maintain your activity level over time. Each time you start and stop excercising it can make it harder to lose weight in the future.

Oh, I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm right where I want to be. I just exercise so that I can stay healthy. Mainly for stress relief.
