I don't think it's healthy for women to have too low of body fat percentages. Like you will stop menstruating and other bad stuff.

There isn't really a set level not to go below. Twenty is a guideline. But some of it depends on your make up, how fast you dropped the fat, type of exercise you are doing. How that is all affecting your hormones.

This reminded me of this Ludacris song for no reason... Ludacris - How Low.

You beast.

My body metrics testing guy told me that 17% was the lowest reasonable percentage I should aim for. But, then he told my friend she needed to hit 10% to get visible abs! Bah. I think realistically he saw that I'm not aspiring for a visible 6 pack and would probably near kill myself to get to 10%

I think you'd see abs higher than that. I've seen the outline of abs on women with higher percentages, about twenty. It depends on the size of your abdominal muscles too. You can see the outline of my abs at 12, where conventional wisdom says 10. It just depends.

You've lost weight and you still have boobs? Amazing!

You look great btw, very healthy and trim!

Thanks! :) Yeah, well nature gave me one good thing, anyway. I'm an endomorph that puts on fat by looking at food with huge childbearing hips and a chubby face, BUT at least she let me have that one asset.

Boobs will probably not go away. It's genetic. I had a 75D (34D) even when I was 45 kg.

I had to do my measurements and weight this weekend for drill, so I'll post them here. I'll do detailed shots of where I want to gain muscle too so hopefully I'll see improvement over the next few months with them.. I'll just edit this post to add the pictures tonight.

Weight: 137 lbs.
Height: 5'3
Neck: 13 inches
Bust: 34 inches
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: 40 inches

Where I want to bulk out: My arms, and shoulders mainly. Somewhat my legs and abs, but arms are my concentration for sure.

Edit:

Okay! Now that Photobucket has stopped being a jerk

My arms, how they currently look as of today:

My shoulders:

My stomach:

... I'll take pictures again right before I deploy, and then again when the challenge ends at the end of my deployment.
