hmmm I fell off the boat again. Probably will stay off for the next 2 weeks until things quiet down, too.

On the (faintly) good side, I am doing fairly well with my daily diet goals, though they're also a little scruffy.

:rofl1: Sooo uhh.. I didn't to anything Halloween break. That was to be expected :D I tried, and failed miserably. I DID go to the gym yesterday, I have to take the next couple of days off for my body to recover so I can adequately take my PT test. Wish me luck, this one's for real this time!

I'll be at AT for two weeks as of the 4th, but be assured the army's going to have me doing PT at least once a day if not more. So no cheat days between now and the 20th!

I ran ten km yesterday, Thursday, it took 58 minutes. On Monday we had a Halloween event and I did 4 hours training, combat, weights, dance and that...

Because I wasn't able to do sit ups, this week I have done 2 sets of 25 sit ups and 1 set of 50.

I hope that next week starting Monday, November 7th, I will be back up to at least 50 sit ups a day. I don't want to promise 100 yet, but I will surely post about it.

Oh, and I went dancing Friday.

Mm
Two weeks ago:3/3

This past week I sadly have to say I used a cheat day: 1 of 13. I had been hoping to save them for December when I'll be traveling. Two of three workouts done this past week. Diet has been working better as my landscaping job winds up. Although I'm still negative, I'm starting to head back up. :)

Tues: Tennis (1.5 hours)
Thur: Tennis (1.5 hours)

My diet is still crap, so I'm not gaining/losing, but this week I'm starting the gym. Planning on going to the free Cross-fit class on Saturday.

November 7th: 50 sit ups
November 8th: 55 sit ups
November 9th: 55 sit ups

Also, now that I am in quite the routine of exercise for some months now, and am much more certain I will be able to stick to it, I am going to add something- for at least a week starting November 9th I am going to try to eat less than 1300 calories a day. I want to see how well that works, combined with exercising.

I'm doing all my training. Just not posting it...

Me, too. I've also switched to a vegan diet in the last three weeks or so, and have lost a few pesky pounds already. I kinda suck at tracking my progress publicly and daily, though.

I have been being a terrible poster on here.

Okay, from the 10th to today, I have done a minimum of 50 situps a day, along with pretty intense pilates most days. All but three days. I also went to dance for a few hours and went biking the other day. I hope to make biking a common thing.

For some reason, Type C hasn't been wanting to open on my computer so that is why I am now posting this. Also, I counted calories and it worked quite well, until I got home a few days ago and had to stop exact counting. Now I just do smaller portions.

My work out schedule got all sorts of messed up and interrupted but I have lost at least 5 pounds maybe even 8 since my first post in this challenge. SO THERE.

OH GAWD WHY IS IT SO HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT (semi-permanently) ARRRGH. And even harder to reshape your body. Argh. Argh. Argh.

C'mon ladies, chime in with me. Okay, guys too.

50 sit ups since the 22nd (per day) and losing weight well. Portion control is aiding. I feel fit. It is great. I already have my prize for sticking with this- an even more kickin' body.
