And since you apparently like to burn and quiver, I challenge you to do a one minute plank. With a short pause, and then another 30 seconds plank with your arms as wide as possible. I guarantee you, you will burn&quiver! :D
(Of course, I already did this. So if you want the break the 'record' don't hold yourself back to make a 1 minute/pause/ 1 minute out of it...

Just to be sure, we are doing the 'forearm plank', right? Since apparently the basic push up position is also considered 'planking'. How to Do a Plank: Proper Form, Variations, and Common Mistakes

Wall sits are brutal..can't do more than a minute. There's just no zoning out that intense burning.

It's not morning... and I am not exactly calling you but, I DID IT. I even did 15 squads. #hardcore
