That's impossible. For example ISFPs are introverts while 7s are absolute extroverts. You can't say in one theory that you're an introvert while in other one type yourself extrovert. You can't possibly use 2 conflicting types to describe yourself, in that case you have some sort of dissociative personality disorder or simply do not understand the theory correctly. ISFPs who type themselves 7s are either mistyped ESFPs or mistyped 4w3s or 9w8s.

My guess is that the stereotypical ennea for each of those types is:
ESTJ: 1w2
ENTJ: 8w7
ISFP: 4w3

MBTI I/E is about cognition, not social intro/extroversion, and enneagram is about motivations and fears, not intro/extro in any sense; definitely some combos are way more uncommon/rare but no combo is truly impossible. INTJ 5s are going to be like 99% more common than an INTJ 2 but one of them exists out there somewhere

ESTJs are common and 8s are rare so ESTJs being mainly 8s make no sense.
