[Other/Multiple Enneatypes] How to differentiate a disintegrating 9 from a 6.

I'm pretty sure my tritype is either 96x or 69x which doesn't exactly make things easier, but what is the best way to figure out if you are actually a 6 core or just a continuously disintegrating 9 core?
