how can a four become truly confident?

lately i've been feeling so incredibly socially in-etiquette, and just EMBARRASSED to be around people. i have a very strong 5 wing, and my head fix is a 6. please tell me anything that helped you or someone you know reach higher confidence. quotes, tips, anything. i just feel hopelessly disconnected and unable around other people.
