I've been forgetting a lot of things lately. Or I think just noticing the fact. Conversations and names and sometimes faces. For example, I can be talking to a friend and they'll go "yeah, you told me all this last week" and I'll say "what? What are you talking about?" And they'll surprise me by telling me exactly what I was about to tell them, because apparently I told them already, last week. Or I'll meet someone and they'll know exactly who I am, and I'll barely remember their face, even though according to them we spent an hour bonding and talking a few months ago.
I figured I just have a horrible memory. But one of my friends said that it's because I'm always so in my head, and that got me thinking. Could this be a characteristic of my personality, being a five, being in my head and not being in the moment?
So fellow fives, or any type- do you experience this phenomenon?
