...and the fact that 4 borders the thinking triad helps describe its influence.

I'd like to see something written on the effects of a person's wing being in a different triad. For example, it seems like the issues of 3s and 4s would be more similar since they are in the same triad, than the issues of 4s and 5s since they are in different triads. What effects does that have? Is the wing stronger, or weaker? Is it harder to resolve issues of the wing because they are so different than the main type? Etc...

Four is in a different triad to Five but is in the same social style group (withdrawn) and they're both at an end of their triad, focusing their self-image-confirming efforts primarily inwards (unlike the types in the centre of each triad such as the other withdrawn type, Nine, who divide those efforts more evenly between the internal and external). That's why it wings Five and vice versa.
