port-royal - Where Are You Now? (2015)

It's an amazing album from a massively underrated band.

U.S. Girls - Half Free (2016)

A really unique take on music. I can't really put it into one genre. Her voice is just so interesting! It sounds metallic.

I also wholeheartdly agree with @lumi on M3LL155X.

I have a tattoo of the Amnesiac minotaur logo on my ankle after seeing them at The Gorge. But OK is still hands down fav for me. I hope you get a chance to see them if you haven't.

----

RHCP Gateway is really great. First non Rubin production in like 25 years and they borrow a underlying musicality with earlier Radiohead that seems familiar. (even though RHCP are a punchline joke kind of band for a lot of people with good reason, it's a great album)

Maxwell's blackSUMMERS'night is great.

Sturgill Simpson A Sailor's Guide To Earth.

Voivod Post Society EP

---

I'll come back with more. Off the top of my head, this is what came to mind.

Anxiety around crowds.

Oh. That sucks. :/

Have you ever tried outdoor venues? I like the open air. Doesn't feel so constricting. Get there late, keep to the back, then leave one song early? Cuts a lot of the crush out of it.

If you're feeling brave, that is.

I LOVE HER! My favourite song at the moment is Window Shades, can't tell you how many times I've listened to it!

The Colour In Anything by James Blake is full of mood vibers.

To burn it like cedar
I request another dream
I need a forest fire

I'm saved by nature
But it always forgets what I need
I hope you'll stop me before I'll build a wall around me
We need a forest fire

You're thicker than you think
You know that money bought your name
Caution, swelling, can I repay you with some blame?

x Infinity by Watsky
This dude is my personal favorite music artist and this album came out like last week. It is so good. Favorite song on the album right now is Yes Britannia.

"Yes, I’ve been a mess
With the pressure the stress
See ya never, I guess
Nevertheless, finding you I was blessed
Swear I’m trying my best
Lion inside of
 my chest
Trying to claw his way out
Crack my ribs, pop my lungs
I don’t know if there’s a safe route
Now—we can cut this frayed
 rope
Or hope and wait us to fade"
-from Yes Britannia

Watsky is an overall fantastic artist. I'm not even that big of a fan of rap music, but his music is just that powerful. Not to mention, he raps pretty fast. The intro of this album is a continuation of two songs from his second album, Cardboard Castles. Tiny Glowing Screens Part 1 is about technology and how it blends with culture, but Tiny Glowing Screens Part 2? Well, listen to it for yourself. (Words are in the spoiler)

A return to form, like their first two albums
Best song - Magnetized

Moving Units - Damage with Care
Local dance-rock heroes of Southern California
Jury is out on best song, but this one is pretty good (and they all kinda sound the same) - American Infantile

I am not really cauggt up on all the new stuff from bands I like....haven't listened to the new album from The Kills, for example.

Oops....forgot Grimes - Art Angels
It's like if Poe finally made another album...
