All the decent movies this guy was in, and you attach him to "Super Mario Brothers"?

I mean:
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
The Wall
Brazil
The Long Good Friday
Mona Lisa

etc

You might as well define Sean Connery by "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" or "Highlander 2."

EDIT: I see now Hoskins got an Oscar Best Actor nod for Mona Lisa.

I think I still love him in "Brazil" as the maniacal corporate AC fixer.

(And Robert DeNiro as his nemesis Harry Tuttle, rogue AC repairman at large.)

I remember him best from Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

How the hell did Christopher Lloyd manage to outlive him?

Not only is Christopher Lloyd still alive, but he has a cameo as Doc Emmett Brown in the upcoming Seth MacFarlane comedy A Million Ways to Die in the West. I'd link you to the trailer, but it's such a headache to do on mobile devices.

For the better. I hate trailers. Moreover, I hate Seth MacFarlane.

And Chevy Chase had a cameo as Clark Griswold in the first Family Guy Star Wars special.

It's like your own little perfect storm.
