Haha, it is! I'm happy someone understood that reference.

I quite enjoyed that season. I haven't seen season 3 yet because netflix hasn't added it.

Have you watched Bates Motel? It reminds me a bit of American Horror Story.

Game of Thrones
Rome
Dexter (even though it fizzled last few seasons)
True Detective
The Tudors

Cheating and adding in X-Files, Twin Peaks and a random shout out to Glee (first 3 seasons only) as well.

Orange is the New Black is pretty awesome as well.

I did not. Should I watch it?

Battlestar Galactica, the reimagined series.
Luther.
Sherlock.
Eastbound & Down.
...

I am about to watch True Detective and I think I'll prob really like that. Loving Orphan Black after binging on first series over the weekend. The Wrong Mans was awesome too and can't wait for next series. Big Workaholics and Archer fan. I don't get much time for teev anymore these days though. :-(. I could never really get into The Wire or Breaking Bad or Arrested Development though I tried. I used to really like Dark Angel and Nip/Tuck now that I think of it. That's about it.

 It's a pseudo-prequel to Psycho, so yeah, if you like Psycho I'd watch it.

Hmm, maybe when summer break starts. Thanks for the recommendation! Of course I'll have to watch Psycho first though, haha. Psycho supposed to be good.

Archer
Freaks and Geeks
Game of Thrones
House of Cards

And I guess the little I've seen of The Wire.

I did see all seasons of Breaking Bad. I wasn't as amazed as everyone else, unfortunately.

Not a very original list, but I rarely watch series. Seems like too much of a project most of the time, so when I do watch, I go for one of the super-acclaimed ones.

I will defy stereotypes:

Battlestar Galactica
Game of Thrones
Tim and Eric's Awesome Show
Parks and Recreation
MST3K

I'd love to put down a Star Trek series, but I have yet to make it all the way through one of them.

Top five:
Doctor Who (roughly 1963 - 1979)
I, Claudius
Monty Python's Flying Circus

Honourable runners up:
The Strange World of Gurney Slade (early 1960s Expressionist TV drama - from the days when television was experimental)
The Avengers This is the '60s spy TV series, not the recent movie, and has nothing to do with comics. Two of the seasons (Mrs. Gale, b/w Mrs. Peel) are brilliant, but the other episodes vary in quality from worthy but dull, to formulaic murders of civil servants, to Op Art mishmashes.
The Prisoner "I am not a number, I am a free man!"

Not Only, But Also - Peter Cook & Dudley Moore
Blackadder
Coupling Not for the rom-com, but for the way in which Moffat plays with the structure of episodes: the same five minutes seen from different perspectives; episodes in split-screen.

Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes
Poirot

I'm watching The Mysterious Cities of Gold at the moment, which is a children's cartoon, but one of the best programs I've seen, regardless of age and genre. Each episode ends with a short documentary; I suspect this is where I got my interest in archaeology and Mesoamerica from.
