I was eating dinner in a restaurant in Stow, Vermont one evening..and I noticed three adults with two children come in and sit down for dinner. The kids were like 4 or 5 years old. The whole time at dinner...about 45 minutes...I noticed the children were very well-behaved and didn't cause any noise.
