I agree that she's now in great physical shape... and she's gotten much better stylists since her early years:

It's weird, but for some reason I kept confusing her with Jena Malone for the longest time. I'm not exactly sure why.

I guess they're somewhat similar.

Anna is one of those women who reliant on facial angle and expression, is difficult to pin down in terms of classification. As a guess, it has to do with facial symmetry.

There's something about her combination of nose and mouth (especially in motion) that is almost muppet-like to me, and I can't really explain it any better than that. She's cute, but it prevents her from being a great beauty.

Also, when she's blonde, she reminds me a little of Holly Hunter.

I've also wondered if there was a medical/biological/physiological/scientific/whatever-- reason for that bizarre contrast of rebellious facial muscles appearing to move in opposition to the expression trying to be conveyed... in a non-stroke/palsy sufferer... unless it's some variety of that as yet to be specified by the medical community?
