A leaked clip surfaced this week of the Spike Jonze film adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic children's picture book. Here are a couple of stills that came out a couple of weeks ago. Evidently it was scripted by Dave Eggers who founded McSweeney's (LOVE!) and wrote A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius.

So, I'm pretty thrilled about this. Anybody know anything else? *cough*FMWarner*ahem*spartan26*cough*uberfuhrer*cough*

Thank goodness that it looks a lot better than that bastardization of "Horton Hears a Who[zawhassit]."
