What do you nominate as the best rock song of the 90's?

I guess I can't make a choice for everyone or what defined a decade. I was 13 when Teen Spirit came on TV though, and I'd be lying if I didn't think it was awesome.

My favorite Nirvana song is the one Grohl made up (riff wise) and Kurt called "boneheaded". It is boneheaded...but the best thing they did.

Generally I think the 90's were pretty dire for music. Most of my favourite music in the decade was probably by non-90's bands (ie. 80's or earlier).

I might nominate Paranoid Android by Radiohead, and Last Goodbye by Jeff Buckley. Amazing songs, amazing bands/singers.

Ha^^^^^ I just went though this whole thread and only INA and SilkRoad have a clue :D

This song is not only the best song of the 90's it's it most epic. It stands alone.

This is not my favorite song from the 90's or even my favorite song by the band.
It's just that good anyway.

That song is so annoying. Can I vote against Bittersweet Symphony, and Semi-Charmed Life, the latter of which isn't even technically a rock song?

I would have said Cherub Rock but since that's already nominated, then this:

 I would give that one best video of the 90's, even if not best song.
