i personally don't care. i'm just glad my Conan hasn't been caught with his pants down... yet. ;P

I don't think he should be fired, but I hope he isn't lauded as some kind of 'victim' either.

He had sex with underlings because of who he is, and he was blackmailed for the same reason. Parity (in some sense) has been achieved...

No, fire all the people he had sex with, His actions cannot possibly go without consequence, but "Late night with David Letterman" just wouldn't be the same without David Letterman.
