Anything that's "Somebody and the Somethings." Marina and the Diamonds. Jay and the Americans. Diana Ross and the Supremes. Captain Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters.

Dinosaur Jr. I understand they added the Jr. due to legal reasons, but it still sounds and looks odd.
Teenage Fanclub. I wouldn't want that as a name. Sounds lame.
Jay Reatard/The Reatards. Yeah.
Ween, eh. When you find out they named their band at like 13 a combo between wuss and penis, you think wha? But I guess it works for the band itself if you who they are haha. Also, one of the band members is in a side band called Moistboyz. Yeah.
That reminds me, there's actually a Canadian band from the 90s called Moist. Haha.
On band names I like -- I really like Miranda Sex Garden for some reason. Also Fugazi and Bikini Kill sound badass. Cocteau Twins, The Boo Radleys, Roxy Music, and The Velvet Underground are kind of cool too. Depeche Mode sounds awesome, but I'm sure it's been mispronounced more times than not. Oh, Bauhaus and Christian Death are rad for goth bands. Okay, I'll stop here because I'm sure I can go on and on.
