I'd probably go with "Positively 4th Street" or "Idiot Wind," but there are others. "I Want You" by Elvis Costello is both a "fuck you" and "fuck me, I want to kill myself" song. Lots of Elvis Costello's stuff has that "fuck you" vibe. Nas and Jay-Z traded great diss tracks. Steely Dan are another all-time great put-down bands.
