This is a late night show that ran in Japan for a while in the 2000s. I'm not sure if it's currently still on, but the basic premise of the show is a sort of social commentary of "everyday American life" from the perspective of the Japanese. They've even managed to account for the subtle racial differences and mannerisms. I say they do a fairly good job. Even the Japanese spoken is a sort of a broken Japanese such like that of a foreigner speaking it, but the voice actors are obviously Japanese. The humor is very Japanese as well, so you may not enjoy it unless you already like the subtleties of it.

I lost it at around 8:33 listening to the announcers of the football game.
