I'm not aware of any software specifically designed for training records, but I suspect any decent database software could be adapted to the task.

We already use Excel but my boss wants something more. I went to a consultant yesterday and was referred to this training software. I just have to call them now and clarify some of the things that my boss made me note and, of course, to get a quote. I'm hoping that this is exactly what he's looking for so I don't have to find another lol

Well first off you need to know what the software needs to do, then you can match your needs to a software.

It doesnt necessarily have to be a 'training software' it can be a simply task management / project management software etc.

But if you just tell us 'a software to track training' that doesn't really tell us much.
